This is from a show called 'Moscow Cats', which is playing in New Yorks Tribeca Performing Arts Center. Ringmaster Yuri Kuklachev, who was obviously drinking when he picked out his wardrobe for the event, either has a magical way with animals, or choose this career path after a lifetime of tormenting cats in his youth....
